The full vendor journey

Step 1: Register

Vendor creates an account with personal and store information.

Step 2: Submit Verification

Vendor uploads government ID and selfie verification.

Step 3: Admin Review

AduraMart reviews vendor details. Status can be Pending Review, Approved, Rejected, or Suspended.

Step 4: Create Store Profile

Approved vendor completes logo, banner, description, location, and WhatsApp contact.

Step 5: Add Products

Vendor uploads product name, category, description, price, images, stock status, and delivery options.

Step 6: Product Review

All products enter Pending Review. Only approved products appear publicly.

Step 7: Receive Orders

Buyers create an official order inquiry with an Order ID.

Step 8: Fulfill Orders

Vendor confirms availability, prepares product, and fulfills the order.

Step 9: Get Paid

Vendor receives payout after commission and applicable review when payment is active.
