What is AduraMart?

AduraMart is a trusted spiritual marketplace where verified vendors list products and buyers discover them through a structured platform.

Who can sell on AduraMart?

Spiritual vendors, white garment church suppliers, worship material sellers, book sellers, candle sellers, oil and perfume sellers, and related trusted vendors can apply.

Is registration free?

Vendor registration is free during launch. Commission applies only to successful paid product orders when payment tracking is active.

What documents do I need?

You need your full name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, store details, government ID, selfie verification, location, and bank payout details.

Why do I need ID verification?

Verification protects buyers, vendors, and the marketplace from fraud, impersonation, and unsafe selling behavior.

How long does approval take?

Approval is not automatic. AduraMart reviews vendor details and documents before allowing a store to sell.

Can I sell without approval?

No. Vendors must be approved before products can be submitted and displayed publicly.

How do I upload products?

Approved vendors add products from the Vendor Dashboard with product name, category, description, price, images, and stock details.

Why are products reviewed before going live?

Product review keeps AduraMart trusted by checking image quality, accurate pricing, category fit, and policy compliance.

How does AduraMart commission work?

AduraMart launch commission is 7% on successful paid product subtotal only. Vendors receive 93% of product subtotal after commission.

What is the commission rate?

The launch commission rate is 7%.

Does commission apply to delivery fee?

No. Delivery fee is separate and is not commissionable in Phase 1.

How do I receive orders?

Buyers start orders through AduraMart. Vendors see order inquiries with an official Order ID in the dashboard.

What is an Order ID?

An Order ID is AduraMart's official tracking reference for buyer inquiries and supported transactions.

Can buyers contact me on WhatsApp?

Yes, where enabled, but buyers should start orders through AduraMart first so the order has an Order ID.

Can I share my store link on WhatsApp or Instagram?

Yes. Vendors can share their AduraMart storefront link on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels.

How do I get paid?

When payment tracking is active, AduraMart calculates commission and payout. Payout status will show in the Vendor Dashboard.

What happens if a buyer complains?

AduraMart may review the order, hold payout where necessary, and contact the vendor for resolution.

Can my account be suspended?

Yes. False information, fake products, fraud, prohibited products, or abusive behavior may lead to suspension.
